Kick Me Returns

So, we kinda had a rough night.  We girls slept in one bed and Daddy slept upstairs.  All was fine until 2:45 when Mommy told me to move over to my side of the bed and I told her I couldn't because it was all wet. She thought the water bottle leaked but I really throwed up. Then I throwed up in the potty a lot and then in the trash can while we watched three hours of Nick, Jr.  All of us girls.  See, when Christina sees me upset, she gets upset.  So, Mommy had double calm down duty. She sure is a lucky duck.

But, I was a real trooper and we had breakfast at 6am and then again at 9am when UT and AH came over and we all went for pancakes. I'm never too sick for pancakes.

Before we went for pancakes, there was one more trick and this one was on Mommy. Literally.
UT put the 'Kick Me' note on Mommy this morning.  Everyone but Mommy thought it was funny. Well, it was!

After pancakes, we went to Mr. Dean's parent's house and watched Victor the turtle sun himself on his super duper new log.  Turtles are super cool!

Then, I sorta fell asleep on the couch and tried to stay there forever. I was so tired since I didn't go back to sleep after I throwed up. Needless to say, I really don't remember the car ride home.

But, I sure was chipper when we got there and I made a tower for my princess kitty.

Oh, Uncle!

Mommy and Daddy surprised us with a last minute trip to Northern Virginia so we could open presents with Uncle Travis and Aunt Holley.  After this weekend, you'll agree that he really is a Big Fat Turkey!

Before we hopped in the car we had to sneak in one super embarrassing picture. There is a reason that I'm not in this frame.  Christina is going to be way mad when she's older and finds this here picture on the coffee table.

After a long car ride, we found ourselves in pure kiddo heaven.  Opening presents.  Even Christina was pretty good at it.

I, I mean Christina, got shoes!

Boy, she sure is going to have to share with me.  Paybacks, kiddo!

Told you he is a Big Fat Turkey!

Princesses!

Family photo time.

No seriousness allowed.

We went back to Grandma and Grandpa's for some art projects and cupcake baking.

And Joshua snuggling. Christina is getting much better around dogs. Hooray!

Two tooters and Joshua, just hanging out.

I snookered UT into reading me some stories.  He doesn't know that I like 500 stories in a row.  Sucker!

AH took pity on him and redirected us to cupcake decorating.

 Or, should I say 'eating'?
Right about here, while I was trying to pose for a nice picture, UT bonked the cupcake into my face.
Silly, UT. At least it's super yummy!
After we had lots and lots of yummy cupcakes, we were ready for some tootin' fun.

Not sure what I mean?  Well,  we might have tooted on UT a lot.  And he might have almost dropped us a few times. I'm serious...

So, if you don't know UT, he definitely is a Krempa and has a unique sense of humor.  Look what he did to Christina!

We might have saved her from this joke if we weren't too busy laughing!

Friday Night Serenade

There are no words to describe how I feel about Mommy capturing these moments on video.

At least Christina kinda joined in on this special edition of Jingle Bells.

Shopping With Snowman?

I just love to shop and get positively giddy when there is great Christmas music playing in the background. Really sets the upbeat tone, right?

Check out my favorite snowman getting me in the mood.

Potty Training Update

Chrissy is a little scared of going pee pee on the potty.  She can do it, but now doesn't want to.  So, she thinks Goose needs to be trained first.  I think this is going to be a long road with lots of bumps!

Hey, I'm getting really good at taking pictures.  Do you like Christina's 80s hair style as much as we do?

We are really having lots of fun with videos these days.  Here is one that we made for our California cousins.

PS- Guess who rocked her day in Miss Nadita's class?

Messy Play

If Samantha were here, it would be called art.  But, since it's me we all know it's really more messy play.

Really, what can be better than paint on a cold winter's day?
I love paint.

And hugs with my school friends!

Last Swim Lesson Of 2012

Wahoo- it's Daddy's first day of a super long vacation.  We celebrated by going to my last swim lesson of the year together as a family.

Super excitement in the air!

I think Christina's ready for hip hop class!

I'm ready to splash Mr. Ahmed.  Kick, kick!

Can you tell how happy Christina is that Daddy is here with her?  He tells the best jokes ever, even if Mommy doesn't think they're funny.
For the last twelve weeks I've tried to catch that pink duck.

Finally!

Hot dog!
Ignore Mommy yelling at Christina not to jump in the pool and focus on how awesome I am at starfish!

Houston, we have a swimmer!

And a jumper!

Hey, everyone needs a little recovery time.

I told you I can walk on water!

What a great way to start winter vacation!

Grandparents!

Grandma Carol and Grandpa Frank came up for the weekend so Mommy and Daddy could go to Atlantic City and win lots and lots of money.  Well, only half the weekend turned out as planned.  We had a great time with Grandma and Grandpa!  We went shopping at Target, my favorite! And we did lots of art projects and went grocery shopping and played dress up and did puzzles.  We hardly noticed that Mommy and Daddy weren't here.

Speaking of Mommy and Daddy, they came back with no money, but lots of hugs and kisses.

We were super lucky to start our present opening this weekend so we could open them in front of Grandma and Grandpa.

Chrissy got an animal coloring book.  Wahoo!

She also thought about giving Grandpa his present.
Which she did after much coaxing from Mommy.
It was worth it, he loved it!
Me?  I'm in heaven with lots and lots of stickers and art supplies.  I'm signed up for a drawing class in January, did you know?

You know how Mommy is all about family pictures.  Well, check out this here beauty.  I think she was really just looking for her latest entry into the 'Awkward Family Photo' Christmas 2012 competition.

This one is way better, don'tcha think?
Thank you, Grandma and Grandpa for coming up here.  We had a great time and know you did, too!

Bagels And Rudolph- Sixteen Candles Style

Today is going to be a great day.  I have a super special field trip and you know what that means.  That's right! Bagels for breakfast!

Christina wasn't as interested in her bagel as she was dancing in the bagel shop.

Me?  I love, love, love bagels.  We really only eat them on field trip days, so this is a super special day.

Field trip day also means that Mommy spends some great quality time in my classroom, capturing the special moments for me to share with you.

Charlotte and me, great friends!

Then, we all headed onto the bus.  We sang and sang and sang as we bounced and bounced and bounced.  Mommy and the other Mommies thought it reminded them of the school bus in the movie Sixteen Candles.  Well, actually it was only Mommy who thought that because Villads' Mommy is from Denmark and they don't share Mommy's love of really silly teen movies from a really, really long time ago.

When we got to the Broadway Theatre, we went right in like royalty. And had a great time!

Even Mommy, after her recovery from the bus ride.

After the show we lined up waiting for the bus and Mommy captured this goofy moment.

Back at school, Mommy went to see Chrissy.  It was fine until Chrissy saw her.  That meant Mommy had to put her to sleep.  It's not easy putting her to sleep.  The foot? Robert!
