Beauty School, Here I Come

I'm beautiful, inside and outside!

I came up with this outfit all by myself.

I tried out my new backpack  It's perfect for kindergarten.

Hello, Kitty! In the pocket is an emergency kit with all the things I might need in kindergarten.  Sunscreen, a hair brush with mirror, hair ties, tissues and chapstick. Hot dog!

Then we headed over to Ronin's house for her birthday party.  Christina loved playing on the swings.

And I loved petting Daisy.

Pizza, yummy!

And we decorated shirts.  Way cool!
Wow, a princess birthday cake!

Happy birthday, Ronin!

Back home, Mommy shed a tear when she got my last Harmony  day care calendar.  August is it and then I'm officially a big kiddo at kindergarten!

Anatomy 101

So, this is my most favorite plotting pose.
And it was perfect to watch Samantha open birthday presents from Aunt Nancy and Alex after they got back from Italy.  Beautiful!
Back to my plotting.  I found Samantha's goggles.
And went swimming in the kitchen.
Kick, kick!
This is super dee dooper fun!

We went for a car ride and Samantha wanted to rest.  Mommy handed me a bunch of books and explained to Samantha that she gave them to me so she could sleep.  I piped up and told Mommy that I couldn't sleep because I was crying too much to be sleepy.

Back home I tried to lick Mommy's foot.  She said, "no".
I told her, "I a kitten.  Am a kitten. I am a kitten. I'm a 'pposed to lick things"

Later, Mommy and I chatted and it went something like this-
Mommy, "Christina, what makes a boy a boy?"
"Penises"
"What makes a girl a girl?"
"Butt cracks"  giggle, giggle, giggle. I know the real answer, but sometimes being silly on Mommy is too much fun.

Then the fun ended.  We got sick. We have a bug and it isn't fun.

Petting Zoo!

Samantha is digging martial arts Monday and Mommy tries super hard not to miss a lesson.

It's totally worth it to see this kick in action.

And another failed attempt at push ups.

Check out that air space!

Did I tell you I'm a big girl and can ride ponies?

See?
And I even wait my turn to pet the other animals.
Hi, goat!

Then, we went on a walk. That's me in the pink hat and super cute tie dye dress.
See, I can follow directions (at school!)!
While I was on a walk, guess who rode the pony?

Super cute Samantha!

One For The Memory Book!

Super Saturday starts now. Go!
And we kick off the weekend celebrating my picture in the paper.

And Mommy put nail polish on Christina.
Christina asked, "Is this pink nail polish? Dark pink nail polish?"

Then we got out of Daddy's hair with a walk on Main Street.  Christina found beautiful purple flowers.

And I found a photo opp of my own.
Then we came home and Mommy found a photo opp of her own.

Then we were invited over to my besties' house for a splashin' good time.
Diving boards make the best splashes!
Christina stuck to the raft with Daddy.

Robert and Christina holding hands?  Woah!

Besties!

Hugs!

There is something special about this raft.

It's a fun magnet.
Hey, we all fit.
After a great swim and yummy pizza we went inside for some fun in the castle.

And then we voted for ice cream.  Four kids trump four adults when ice cream is an option!

Yummy ice cream!

Fashion forward Christina!

Up, Up And Away!

Samantha is having a rough day.   She is eating last night's vegetables for breakfast because she wouldn't eat them last night. Green beans.
And sweet potatoes. It went so badly that she lost tonight's field trip to the hot air balloon festival and finally finished eating them for dinner tonight.  Yikes!
Peace restored, she and Daddy played super hero princess.
See?
While Mommy and I went to the hot air balloon festival.  It took us almost two hours to get here because she forgot my little potty and it's the first time I'm out and about for hours with only porta potties and no real options to stop along the way.  Three stores and four towns later we ended up at a Walmart where we picked out an Abby Cadabby potty.

Then I dressed up as a ballerina in the Kids Section of the festival.

Super cute me.

I took someone's dolly on a walk.

Checking out the beer chair.
Sprinkler tent!

Scooby-Doo, where are you?

Jack and Mommy and me!

And over a hundred hot air balloons coming right up!
I have the best resting spot ever.

And then we played Frisbee.  Jack and I had the bestest time ever.

Frisbees make really funny hats.

Toss

Love this picture!

And we danced to the music playing by Blues Travelers. We didn't but tickets but we could hear them play. Way cool!

And this last hurrah! Best buds!

We parted ways and then I pooped in Abby Cadabby in the parking lot.  Classy, I know.  But, I'm still learning and pretty darn proud of myself.
