Today was a different sort of day. Daddy didn't go to work on a school day, but he didn't have a business trip either. And I still had to go to school! Turns out he volunteered at the election day polling location in our town.
Mommy picked me up from school and we drove straight to Daddy. I ran in, right between and in front of big people and jumped into Daddy's arms. I just love, love, love him! Then we walked to the library and played on the computer, bubble castle is my favorite, and then we walked back to the car.
On the way home, I was still giddy.
"I saw Daddy very much"
"I miss Daddy"
"I love Daddy"
"I want my Daddy"
