So, a couple of things that should be dictated by all toddlers- clothing choices and taking turns.
This morning I had a complete meltdown when Mommy insisted on providing input to my wardrobe selection. It went something like this.
Me: Shirt, socks, shoes. No pants. No pants. NOOOOOOOO PPPAAAAAAANNTS.
Mommy: Yes, pants.
She won.
Crappers.
We checked out the neighboring town's spankin' new library today and promptly got our library card rights to their collection. They have a whole floor for kids, complete with a circle time with fake grass to hang out on AND a life size chess game that high school kids came up to play. I checked out the computer and protested when Mommy asked for the mouse.
"I turn. Me." She got the message loud and clear.
We came home and bid farewell to Liz, our trusty painter whose been spending much of her life with us for the last four weeks. Our house looks amazing and we couldn't be happier!
Daddy arrived home to start packing for seven days in Sunny CA. I'm sure going to miss the work drive-bys and kisses!
