Turkey Day!

Bryce and I did it.  We finished a 300 piece puzzle. Hooray!

Wanna see how we are spending our relaxing mornings this week?  It's awesome.  Between just us,  Mommy was a superstar this week.  She woke up with Chrissy every morning and then Bryce and I would come into the living room and we would play games and watch tv with the great snacks Mommy would make for us.

Then, when everyone else woke up a few hours later, then we'd have our second breakfast and smell the yummy coffee and make lots and lots of noise.

The source of much noise?  Jaws, of course!

So, I have a funny story to share with you.  I finished up my Thanksgiving cards this week and put stickers on each card.  Uncle Travis and Aunt Holley's card had a big, fat turkey, a pumpkin and acorns.  Thus nicknames were born.

While the grown ups were getting ready for Thanksgiving, Mommy took us girls to Starbucks so they could have a break.

We paused on the driveway to make some Thanksgiving videos for our east coast family.
Ready?

Go!

Wanna see the day after? I would never tell Mommy and Daddy this, but it kinda looks like someone threw up on the houses. I think there might just be a fine line between art and yuck. At least  Good thing we had a ton of fun making them!

We went outside to see if Chrissy could empty the pool water onto the deck.   One bucket at a time.

She was totally up for the challenge.
Don't get in Chrissy's way.  You just might get wet.
What does she see?

Boots!
Chrissy was super nice to share her water with Daddy.

Right about now is when Julia fell into the pool and we decided to take naps.

Then it was off to Aunt Katie's and Uncle Craig's for Thanksgiving dinner.

Mommy loves babies and snuggled with Caroline and Lauren.

She wanted to get our picture, so she asked us to shake our tushies against the wall. It worked, we thought she was so super silly that we went to the wall and smiled for the camera. Score!

Great Grandma Alberta came over and we danced and sang for her.  She loved it!
Caroline was a little concerned with us being off key.
So, Chrissy tried to make her feel better by making some cookies.

Upstairs, I rocked the princess look.

Family picture!

I think we can all look at the camera.  Let's try again!
Just once more!  Hooray!

Now this is how you smile for the camera!

Loves, loves!

You know Mommy and her camera.  At least her heart is in the right place, even if her camera angle always seems to be a bit off.

Happy Thanksgiving!
At the kids table, we had so much fun.  I served pepper to everyone and it was super duper yummy.
You want more pepper, Christina?  Okay!

After dinner, Mommy plopped Chrissy in Uncle Brandon's lap and let her eat ice cream.  Uncle Brandon learned quickly how messy, messy she can be!

Smile!

Even better!

Princess Tiana, at your service!

Doesn't this cute face deserve two desserts?

Look, Chrissy is Ariel!

Three Princesses!

Super cute!  Hey, even princesses get thirsty.

I see you!

Cheese face!

Chrissy always wants to do whatever I am doing.

Aunt Lissa fun!

After all that fun, we wanted to rest a bit with a really great story.

And then we caught our second wind when Uncle Craig picked us up and spun us around. Yippee!

Chrissy felt left out again so Aunt Lissa spun her around, too.

Back at Grandma and Grandpa's house we continued the fun with a Bryce and me sleepover.

Not sure why it's called a 'sleep' over.  Not much sleep going on here!

Happy Turkey Day!
