And we're off to a family vacation! Samantha has been cheering family vacation on until she realized that there was a two hour car ride in front of us. Samantha is not a patient car rider. Not like me. I slept and slept and slept. Samantha fussed and fussed and fussed. Fussy bussy!
When we arrived at Ocean City and Daddy unloaded the car, which is no easy feat when you consider how much stuff is just for me. I love you Daddy!
Daddy and me, almost twins!
Well, not so much anymore. He can't make a silly face quite the same way I can.
Mommy surprised Samantha by bringing down some more birthday cards and presents to open while on vacation. Samantha is super lucky that her birthday has lasted so long. We're both loving it. She gets the cards and presents and I get to munch on the envelopes and wrapping paper. Win, win!
This card sings a song when Samantha opens it and stops when she closes it. She must have the magic touch!
She is super considerate to stop the card from making music.
Since we fell asleep and all!
Well we were both asleep until Samantha poked Daddy to make sure he knew how quiet she was being so he could sleep. Oops!
I'm a sleeper, for today at least!
Phew, Daddy fell back asleep. Now this is a vacation!
Samantha and Mommy kept busy making Samantha's thank you cards. Samantha knocked one our of the park when she wrote her name on one of the cards. Surprise- can you find it?
After everyone was as rested as we were going to get, it was off to the boardwalk for some serious scouting of ice cream and pizza places. Love you, family vacation!
